Proposed Actions Menthol Ban
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has finally proposed ending the sale of menthol-flavored tobacco products! These products have disproportionately harmed Black and LGBTQ+ communities for decades. For these reasons, we need to make our voices heard and urge the FDA to follow through with the proposed policy to end menthol sales. We are gathering organizational signatures from LGBTQ+ and allied organizations across the U.S. for a letter to the FDA about why this policy is important to protecting Black and LGBTQ+ lives.
