Experiences of Transgender and Gender Nonbinary Medical Students and Physicians

This article explores the experiences of transgender and gender nonbinary (TGNB) medical students and physicians in the United States. They found that TGNB medical students and physicians experience major barriers in their training including feeling pressure to hide their identities and witnessing anti-TGNB discrimination.
