The Transgender Health Program at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) started as a grassroots effort to make care more accessible to transgender patients and is now one of the most comprehensive transgender health programs in the US. They provide a full spectrum of care including hormone therapy, gender affirmation surgery, and transgender-inclusive and affirming primary care at regular clinic hours.
