Bill Goeren, LCSW-R, BCD
- Bill has worked in oncology, mental health, HIV/AIDS, palliative and hospice care in both for profit and not for profit arenas for over 20 years.
- He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and is a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work for the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work.
- Bill is the Director of QA and Senior Clinical Supervisor for CancerCare, a national organization that provides free psychosocial services to people coping with cancer.
- Bill also maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Manhattan.
- Previously, Bill was the Director of Mental Health for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation in Los Angeles
- Bill recently spent two years on the Board of Directors for the Bronx Community Pride Center, the first and only gay identified organization in the Bronx, NY.
- Bill graduated from the Columbia University School of Social Work in 1989.
- Bill currently lives in Manhattan with his partner, Charles.
